2008 I.P.W.D.A. Membership Dues
2008 Membership Dues will be forwarded to our membership during the month of December 2007. As a reminder, don't forget to submit your dues in the amount of $45.00. Dues should be received by January 1, 2008. Any Dues received after April 1, 2008 will be assessed a $10.00 late fee per I.P.W.D.A. Rules & Bylaws. Please make checks and or money order payable to: I.P.W.D.A.
Members will receive a newly designed membership certificate and association patch upon receipt of their 2008 dues.

Regular Member
Regular Members full membership to this Association shall be opened to any active or retired law enforcement officer, military police, either federal, state, county or municipal, or correction officer who is, or was a K-9 handler, trainer, or K-9 administrator.
Associate Member
Associate Members all persons accepted for associate membership shall serve an interim period of one (1) year, at the end of which the Executive Committee, by a majority vote of the members present shall confirm or reject the membership. An associate member shall enjoy all privileges except that he/she shall not have any voting privilege in the election of directors nor shall serve on the Executive Committee Board. All associate members must be re-sponsored each year. Associate members shall include:
1. Any person who trains K-9s for an established law enforcement agency.
2. Any paid law enforcement officer.
3. Any civilian search and rescue canine handler.
4. Any person contracted by a private firm to handle a working dog in a full time capacity.
5. Any person sponsored by a regular member.
